• What is the training sessions schedule?
Schedule is very flexible. We have multiple training sessions everyday!
No matter what your schedule is, you will always find a suitable timing.

• Is the program suitable for anyone?
Yes, very suitable for anyone who is willing to commit.
We have many types of classes for different goals & levels.
& all classes are lead by our qualified coaches who will take you step by step and scale all exercises to every individual level.
• When & how do i do my Inbody analysis?
Once you register. pass by the gym anytime from 3 pm - 11 pm
to do your inbody.
PS. for accurate measurements. No Working out or food or coffee for 3 hours atleast before doing your inbody analysis.
• When do i receive my nutrition plan?
You will recieve your nutrition plan 3-4 Days after you do your inbody analysis and fill the online form.
• Which type of session should i attend?
Based on your inbody analysis, goal & level. You will be guided to the type of sessions that suits you best during the orientation day.
• What are the types of training sessions?
We have multiple types of classes for different goals and levels.

• Can i attend multiple classes per day?
Yes you can. you have unlimited access throughout the 20 days. but we strongly recommend you to monitor your energy level & only mix between suitable classes. we will explain the types of classes during orientation.
• Are results guaranteed if i join the challenge?
Great physical and mental results are guaranteed if you commit to the nutrition plan and stayed consistent to the training sessions (at least 3-4 times per week).
• Is the nutrition plan hard to commit to?
Our nutritionists are specialized in customizing a plan that is suitable to boost your energy level and excel your performance in training and daily life activity. We create healthy recipes without limiting any specific food. Its all about learning to follow a balanced portions and healthier habits.
